Watch making of this Peacock Flower Pot from Plastic Bottle

Flower Pots are very common in every home as they make a good home décor. You can find at least one flower vase in every home. Here we are going to make a very beautiful peacock flower pot which is not only attractive but also looks natural. Also, this unique plastic flower pot serves as a great home décor and can be made easily at home. Use of things like waste plastic bottle, metal wire and stones make it a best out of waste home decoration flower pot craft.

Things Needed

• Plastic Bottle
• Metal Wire
• Foil Paper
• Fevicryl Clay
• Cutter
• Marker
• Glue Gun
• Fevibond
• Ball Pen Cap
• Plastic Bottle Jar Cap
• Acrylic Colors and Brushes
• Decorative Stones

Procedure:

Step 1: Take a plastic bottle and draw some markings on it. Cut along this marking and remove the neck portion of the bottle as well.

Step 2: Let’s take a bottle cap of plastic bottle jar and stick the inverted cut out bottle piece on it.

Step 3: Now take a metal wire and bend it using pliers. Use glue gun to stick this wire at one side of the bottle.

Step 4: Take foil paper and wrap it around the metal wire. Now let’s take fevicryl clay, press and roll it to make soft.

Step 5: Use some water and apply the clay on the foil paper wrapped around metal wire. Completely cover the foil with clay to give it the shape of a peacock body.

Step 6: Use more clay to make the feathers of peacock. Make some patterns on the feather to define it and stick it on the bottle. Make multiple such feather shapes for the craft.

Step 7: Further make feather shapes of different sizes and paste it around the bottle to cover it completely. Make some more plain shapes and paste it at the base of the bottle.

Step 8: Now take a ball pen cap and make small circles on the clay. Cut them out and paste it on the body of the peacock.

Step 9: Let’s make the head of the peacock with clay. Also, make eyes and beak of the bird along with crown on the head.

Step 10: Take acrylic colors and start painting. Use different shades to paint the bird for a beautiful and attractive look. Similarly, paint the base of the craft as well.

Step 11: Let the paint dry completely. Now take some decorative stones and stick it on the vase.

Wow! Your beautiful peacock flower vase is now ready.
